You know, if there's one thing that I've learned from the friend I met here in TO, it's that you miss out on a lot of great stuff if you're too shy to go up and say hi to people. I think it's going to be my New Year's resolution for 2012: to try and be less shy about approaching other people ;o)
The play really is awesome. There's one bit that gets me every time. It's a little hard to explain if you haven't read the play, but there's one part where Kelly, the dead twin brother's widow, suddenly yells at Peter, the insecure, gay twin brother to leave her house. And Sergio, as Peter, in a really tremulous, heart-breaking voice, says, "Kelly?" because he has no idea what he's done wrong. It makes me cry every time, because I feel so very sorry for the poor guy. And Sergio plays it brilliantly.
