As some of you may know, the wonderful Michael Shanks (Stargate SG-1) is doing a guest spot on Flashpoint this season and his website just posted some more info about the character he'll be playing (and it involves Spike).

Either way, I'm excited! Though, if I didn't know any better (which I don't, really), I'd say they're trying to break Spike this season! Poor Spike...as if last season wasn't tough enough on him. Still, I see lots more team moments and maybe even some h/c with Spike at the receiving end in my Flashpoint future! EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! :oD :oD

Aug. 20th, 2011 11:54 pmLet me start off by saying that this ep was everything I'd hoped it would be, and more. SO MUCH Spike and TEAM and team members worrying and caring about each other. There was whump and angst and TEAM LOVE and I loved every second of it! :oD

*hyperventilates!* HOW am I supposed to be able to wait TWO MORE DAYS for this episode to air?! The suspense is killing me! Looks like there's gonna be lotsa team and angsting about Spike and whump...and...and....IS IT FRIDAY YET????!

Hello!
I'm back! Yeah, nobody probably even noticed I was gone, but still ;o) So RL kicked my butt, then I went on vacation and when I came back RL kicked my butt again. This had better not turn into a pattern (though I could use a coupla more vacations ;o)).
Anyway, the last time I posted I promised more Flashpoint spoilers, so here we go. Some of them aren't particularly new anymore since I've been sitting on them (though not deliberately) for about a month or so, but some people may still find them of interest.

SGA S4 ep reviews!
Feb. 3rd, 2008 09:22 pmWow, it's been a while since I last posted on here, and I've been remiss in commenting on recent SGA S4 episodes both on GW and here. So I've decided, as a sort of late New Year's resolution to post more often (yeah, I wonder how long that's gonna last, too...no, no, mustn't think like that!), and what better to write about than SGA? *grins*
I've really been enjoying S4; I really think both TPTB have stepped up their writing, because a lot of it has been so awesome! Especially the character moments and the teamyness this year have blown me away.
So anyway, I thought I'd share some of my thoughts on a couple of recent eps, starting from Spoils of War onwards. I know I won't be saying anything new or interesting that hasn't already been said about these eps as I'm extremely late doing this, but I like to get some of my thoughs on paper (virtual or otherwise) for myself. So starting with Spoils of War, discussions will be under the cut, just in case!

So, not bad, I certainly enjoyed it, but it could've been done a little better.

So, loved the McShep and the banter (I just adore those two spending time together, and I'm not even that much into slash), Harmony was a little bit annoying and the ep could've been done slightly more realistic. But overall, a good filler episode :o)

So yeah, awesome, awesome ep. One of my favourites this season and definitely one I'll be watching over and over!
Whew! *wipes sweat off brow* I think that's about enough for one day! Gotta give my fingers a break from typing by watching an SGA ep... Guess which one I'll be watching? ;o
